Interrupted by the COVID-19 Pandemic

As someone who grew up a dancer and a theatre kid, this play is very special to me. Having the pandemic cut this process short was very difficult, buuuut it may be making a resurgence soon, so stay tuned!

Staged Reading

An innovative new play social media, the pandemic, and how to care about one another, this play is very special. I was a part of its development as a part of The Road's Under Construction 2 and was so happy to assist in getting it on its feet.

For Stagefemmes

Interrupted by the COVID-19 Pandemic

As someone who grew up a dancer and a theatre kid, this play is very special to me. Having the pandemic cut this process short was very difficult, but I recently got to choreogaph it at Kenyon College (director Wendy Macleod.) You can see clips from it in my choreography reel.

Bottle Fly by Jacqueline Goldfinger

Senior thesis in directing at Kenyon College - November 2019

Working on a new play as my senior project was deeply meaningful as I look to jump into a career in new work development. My partners and I were really excited by the opportunity to share a story about people and a place that has been largely left off the American stage.

Cabaret, book by Joe Masteroff, music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb

For Kenyon College Players - April 2019

Truly a labor of love. I directed and choreographed this show, but it was such a collaborative effort in pursuit of sharing this story. I was particularly interested in focusing on the relationships between the characters and emphasizing the themes of queerness and religion to show how this show still connects to the world today.

The Moors by Jen Silverman

For Stagefemmes - February 2018

This play really represents the type of theatre that excites me. There's something about the exploration of modern ideas and the use of modern language using settings of the past that really excites me. Also, there's nothing I love more than people playing animals. This ensemble and creative team really affirmed for me the desire to create.

She Kills Monsters by Qui Nguyen

For Arizona Young Actors' Alliance - July 2017

We put on this show after the high school I graduated from refused to allow many of my friends to do it as their mainstage play. Creating an opportunity for these actors to tell this story they wanted to tell was so special. Also, as a young queer woman, this play really makes me smile.

Independent Production @ the Horn Gallery - January 2017

My first solo full-length project and the beginning of my love for queer theatre. I also love this play because it follows my same interest I have with The Moors. Using this 70s sitcom to explore PTSD, sexual assault, and queerness is really incredible and heart-wrenching.
